1. Confirm the destination
Check the map pin, full address, postcode, recipient and phone number. Add unit, floor and access details where needed. One order has one delivery destination; place separate orders for different destinations. Contact us promptly if details change.
2. Delivery charges and vehicles
MSM uses EasyParcel quotations as a delivery-price reference and arranges the actual delivery separately. This is not an automatic EasyParcel booking. The minimum vehicle is based on the longest side of the largest individual cutting part: up to 300 mm — Motorbike; over 300 to 600 mm — Car; over 600 to 1200 mm — Pickup (4x4); over 1200 mm — Large Van. Edge strips are rolled and assessed as 800 × 800 mm for delivery, requiring at least a Pickup (4x4). Their cutting length stays unchanged. Motorcycle delivery also requires a verified road distance of no more than 30 km from our workshop. For longer or unverified distances, the minimum is a Car. We select the smallest suitable available vehicle, then the lowest returned price in that class. Availability depends on the exact destination and provider response; there is no fixed postcode whitelist or RM150 delivery-price cap. The complete load must fit the selected courier’s size limits; a larger vehicle may be required.
3. Timing and tracking
An expected dispatch date is the planned date to send the order, not a guaranteed arrival time. Finished orders may be held for their scheduled dispatch. Traffic, weather and courier availability can affect arrival. In this website, “Ready for production” covers preparation, cutting and waiting for dispatch. “Delivered” is the staff handover status, used when the order is sent with the driver or collected; it is not proof that the recipient has received a courier delivery. Use the tracking link or code in your order for the courier’s progress.
4. Self-collection
Self-collection has no delivery charge. Collect from 33 Jalan Tekali 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Tekali, 43100 Hulu Langat, Selangor. Contact us to confirm the order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling. Bring your order number; tell us if someone will collect for you.
5. Changes or delivery problems
If the destination, access conditions or load changes, contact us before dispatch. Any proposed additional charge or revised arrangement will be explained and agreed before proceeding. If automatic delivery is unavailable, choose self-collection or ask us to arrange a quote. Report missing or damaged items promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy; courier involvement does not remove your applicable rights.
