Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page categories, campaign sources, email registrations, completed quotations and purchases confirmed by our order system after an online checkout. Google processes browser/device information and uses cookies lasting up to 180 days. We send a transaction identifier and order values for measured purchases, but do not include artwork, file names, names, email addresses, phone numbers or delivery addresses in these events. Page addresses are limited to known page categories. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalisation are off. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences on this page. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Declining does not affect ordering.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status and basic profile information. We store your identifier, name and email to create or recognise your customer account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts, or receive your Google password.

Quotations and orders

We use information you provide, such as artwork, dimensions, material selections, billing details, delivery addresses and contact details, to prepare quotations, manage orders, arrange fulfilment and keep business records. Optional WhatsApp updates require your choice to receive them.

Storage and service providers

The website uses hosting, database and file-storage providers to operate the service. Information may be processed outside Malaysia. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy. Payment and delivery providers receive the information needed for those services when they are used.

Manual order reference images

Reference images received through WhatsApp and attached by staff to an issued manual order are retained permanently with that order record. They are visible to authorised staff and the verified customer account explicitly linked to the invoice, and are not subject to the seven-day artwork expiry. Unused draft reference images expire after seven days.

Retention

Uploaded design files and previews are available for seven days from upload, then scheduled for deletion. Keep your original files. Production copies downloaded to the workshop are stored separately and may remain until staff delete them; the seven-day website expiry does not delete those copies. We use workshop copies to fulfil orders and resolve related issues. Account, order and billing records are retained separately for service, accounting and audit purposes.

Your choices and contact

You can update saved billing and delivery details in your account. For access, correction, account deletion or privacy questions, contact hello@mysignlaser.com. Some business records may need to be retained after an account closes. You can also remove My Sign Laser access from your Google Account settings; this does not automatically delete your website account.

Visitor statistics

We use a random browser cookie lasting up to one year to estimate visitor numbers. We store a hashed browser identifier and visit date, without names, IP addresses or page history in the visitor statistics. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We also record platform source labels and campaign tags from links or the referring website, without storing full referring URLs. Registrations and online orders may be linked internally to the last known source in the previous 30 days. Source records are not sent to advertising platforms by this feature.

Delivery address search

Address searches are sent to Google Maps to suggest locations and find postcodes. Google also processes map views under its privacy policy. We save the address you choose and its place identifier for your address book and orders.

We also send the workshop and destination place identifiers to Google Maps to check road distance for motorcycle eligibility. Route distances are not saved in your order.

Delivery price estimates

We send pickup and delivery locations to EasyParcel and its quotation providers to estimate delivery charges. MSM arranges delivery separately.
