Order terms

1. Your artwork and specifications

We produce flat metal cutting and any edge strips listed in your order. Before payment, check the artwork, all selected cutting paths and inner holes, finished dimensions, drawing scale, quantity, material, thickness, finish and grain direction. You must have permission to use the artwork you supply. Installation, bending, welding and assembly are included only if expressly agreed in writing.

2. Preview and finish

The quotation layout is a reference; the workshop may arrange parts differently for cutting. Screen colours and previews are not physical material samples. If colour matching, grain direction, a critical dimension or a specific tolerance is essential, contact us and obtain confirmation before paying.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Review the item, delivery, applicable tax and total amounts before checkout. Quotes have an expiry and may need recalculation after changes. Available payment methods appear in secure Stripe Checkout. An order number or a failed payment does not confirm payment. Production can begin promptly after successful payment is verified.

4. Changes and availability

Contact us immediately with your order number if you need a change. Changes are not confirmed until we accept them; they may require a new quote or schedule. If we cannot supply the agreed order, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund the unavailable supply. We will not substitute material or impose a revised price without your agreement.

5. Production timing

The expected dispatch or self-collection ready date appears before payment and in your order. Our usual planning target is three working days, subject to stock, order complexity, capacity and the displayed date. Some work can finish sooner, but one-hour or same-day completion is not guaranteed. Contact us before ordering for an urgent deadline. We will contact you if the agreed schedule needs to change.

6. Files and records

Keep your original artwork. Website design files and previews are available for seven days from upload, then scheduled for deletion. Order and billing records are retained separately. Workshop copies used to fulfil orders are kept separately and may remain after website access expires; see our privacy notice. A repeat order may require a fresh upload.

7. Questions and your rights

Contact us with your order number for corrections, complaints or assistance. Our cancellation/refund and delivery policies form part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. Changes to these policies apply to new orders; they do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order.

Map service terms

Address search, maps and road-distance checks use Google Maps services. Using these features is subject to Google Maps terms and privacy policy.
