How to get a laser cutting price online

Start with a PDF-compatible AI file or a vector PDF. Convert lettering to outlines and keep every required cutting path inside the artboard. A photograph or screenshot alone does not define the outlines the cutting system needs.

For example, a shop logo may contain an outer shape and enclosed letter openings. Check that your exported file contains both. Decide the finished dimensions and whether the artwork is drawn at 1:1 or 1:10 before uploading.

The catalogue includes EG 0.9 mm, aluminium 1.8 mm and 2 mm, and stainless steel 0.9 mm in several finishes. If the job needs matching straight edge strips, select the available option in your quotation. For hairline material, specify the grain direction.

Confirm that the exported file is vector artwork, the text is outlined, the scale is correct and all cutting paths are inside the artboard. Each finished part must fit the selected sheet with the necessary margins and grain direction; stock sheet dimensions are not the maximum finished-part dimensions.

Split an oversized design into suitable parts before uploading. Separate parts can be nested across multiple sheets. If the preview differs from your intended design, check the file guide or contact us before ordering.
