Outline text and prepare a cutting PDF

Use a vector PDF or a PDF-compatible Illustrator file for online cutting quotations. Outline the lettering, keep every cutting path inside the selected artboard and confirm the intended finished size. A PDF filename alone does not prove that the contents are vector artwork: a PDF can contain only a photograph or scanned image.

For flat sign letters, the file needs to describe the outside shape and the intended internal openings. A photograph can help communicate appearance, but it does not replace those cutting outlines. Keep a separate editable original before preparing the cutting version.

Convert live text to vector outlines in your design software. Reopen the exported file and compare the letter shapes and spacing with the approved design. Check enclosed areas such as the centres of A, B, O and numerals; a missing opening changes the finished part.

For example, a flat B contains an outside boundary and two internal openings. Inspect all three in the cutting artwork and its upload preview. Do not assume a solid-looking screen preview has preserved every intended hole. Raster images, live text, ambiguous clipping and unsupported effects may require manual review.

在设计软件中把未转曲文字转换为矢量轮廓。重新打开导出文件，与确认后的设计比较字形及间距。检查 A、B、O 和数字等封闭区域；缺少内部镂空会改变成品形状。

Place every required cutting outline inside the selected artboard. Remove unrelated reference images from the cutting file, then confirm that no required part was clipped during export. Check the exported version rather than relying only on the original design document.

Choose 1:1 for actual-size artwork or 1:10 when the artwork must be enlarged ten times. Display units and drawing scale are different settings. As an example, a 50 mm-wide part drawn at 1:10 represents a 500 mm finished width; confirm that this is what you intend before requesting a quotation.

Each connected part must fit the usable area of one selected sheet, allowing for margins and any required hairline direction. Split oversized connected shapes in the artwork before uploading. Separate pieces may be arranged across multiple sheets.

把全部所需切割轮廓放在所选画板内。移除切割文件中无关的参考图片，再确认导出时没有裁掉所需部件。请检查导出版本，不要只看原始设计文件。

实际尺寸图稿选择 1:1，需要放大十倍的图稿选择 1:10。显示单位和图稿比例是不同设置。例如，按 1:10 绘制的 50 mm 宽部件，代表 500 mm 成品宽度；报价前请确认这符合您的要求。

每个连续部件须能放入所选板材的可用范围，并预留板边及符合所需拉丝方向。超大连续图形请在上传前拆分。多个独立部件可以排在多张板材上。

Register or sign in, upload the prepared artwork, and choose material, dimensions and quantities. Compare the preview with the approved file, paying attention to letter openings, separate parts and scale. If something differs, correct the file or contact us before ordering.

Review the quotation and current material availability before payment. Keep your source artwork: uploaded design files and previews expire after seven days, and an order after expiry requires a new upload. Get your cutting price online and order directly.
